The Freelands Painting Prize recognises outstanding painting by final-year undergraduate students across UK art schools and universities.

Liverpool Hope University nominated me for the 2025 prize. The nomination marked a moment of recognition for my studio practice and for a body of work grounded in paint, revision, and sustained attention to colour and surface.
